Description
Objetive  The Industrial Administrative Operator is responsible for supporting the efficient coordination and execution of logistics and operations within the Company. This role involves managing documentation, tracking shipments, liaising with suppliers and the local transportation providers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. The administrator plays a key role in maintaining accurate records, optimizing logistics workflows, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.   Responsabilities: Assist with the stock level control and the preparation of the Stock Report. Stock count verification. Coordination of vessels with TCL logistic team. Coordination with Vendors. Identify, monitor the sales process. Follow up requisitions status and coordinate expediting purchases to avoid any impacts. Managing the documentation process e.g. PR, PO, Freight Certify BL, invoices for import vessels. Initiate the processing of purchase requisitions and purchase orders. Creating Purchase Requisition and Purchase order for Daily operations and Vessels Coordinating vessel clearance with the Broker. Monitor Scale Calibration Certification. Tracking demurrage. Logistics Vehicles Management. Verifying Tallies from Offloading. Performs any other job-related functions as required.   Requirements: Professional diploma in Managment, Business Administration or Logistics.  Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.   SAP experience preferred Minimum 2 years of work experience in logistics roles. Minimum 1 year of work experience in administrative roles. Excellent customer service skills. Good organizational and planning skills. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
