The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory. Manufacturing Plant: The Company is constructing its first plant of the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of production 1 million fuel injector units every year. With the new fuel injector plant we are able to meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region. R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers. Job Description Responsible for ergonomic, workplace design of work system & Load Force Limits by IE tools (igel, MTM,VicTa, CaPP) Responsible for standard time data management standard time for employee and machine with allowance time. Responsible for Release new machine for the topic of Ergonomic, Igel, Layout and MTM. Responsible for p/n and mass production p/n BOM maintaining and implement for EV14 , EV-SE and EV6. Regular checking Bill of Material confirmation, Bill of Material and Part Number in POE Module verification including with BOI BOM and Components. Key-user contact for HmjP plant local and co-ordinate with Lead Plant and Bosch worldwide that related to Engineering Change Management. Support CIP activity as process, product and cycle time improvement. internal and external audit relate to the role and responsibility. Support for Planing Guildline(PGL) HmjP new MAE and MAE Plant layout control. Qualifications Education Background: Bachelor's degree with Industrial Engineering background or related field. Qualifications: Good communication skills, intermediate in Chinese is advantage. Experience in Automotive Industrial and industrial Engineering. Competence experience in Industrial engineering standard. Basic knowledge in SAP ERP or S4Hana is advantage. Basic knowledge in BOI process. Knowledge in IATF16949 , ISO 14001 , ISO 45001.
