Description

Bachelor's Degree: in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Systems, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or a related field (Degree required) Master's degree would be beneficial At least +10 years of extensive experience in various industrial projects and smart buildings managing Greenfield and Brownfield Projects from inception to hand-over At least +5 years of experience in business development within industrial clients Proven experience performing business development activities Market research experience and client relations development Proven experience in offer leading and integration Proven experience managing medium - large projects in industrial sector Proven experience managing, contractors and sub-contractors, client representatives and authority officials Deep knowledge of Project Management with demonstrated experience in managing design, pre-construction, and construction activities Proven effective project and construction management skills in medium - large construction projects of intelligent/smart buildings Full command of verbal and written English communications skills Strong leadership skills and ability to manage stakeholder's expectations and built healthy interpersonal relationships Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills Demonstrate to have a strong work ethic and being a highly motivated and self-driving person. Strong software skills related to project management PMP or PMC certification, Primavera (P6).

Responsibilities
