What you’ll be doing: Drive Sales & Business Growth Proactively identify, pursue, and win new B2B clients across industrial, commercial, manufacturing, and logistics markets. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline that drives revenue growth and business expansion. Lead high-activity prospecting efforts through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events to uncover and create new opportunities. Consistently meet and exceed annual sales targets while growing market share Develop & Maintain Client Relationships Build strong, multi-level relationships with key decision-makers to support long-term partnerships. Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and recommending value-driven solutions. Conduct on-site assessments and present customized overhead door and dock solutions. Follow up on quotes, proposals, and projects to ensure a smooth, responsive sales experience. Solution-Based Selling & Industry Expertise Partner with service teams to recommend replacement products and preventative maintenance solutions. Present strong proposals for installations, service agreements, and aftermarket parts. Advise clients on preventative maintenance to boost efficiency and minimize downtime. Monitor industry and competitor trends to reinforce market leadership. Strategic Planning & Sales Execution Develop quarterly territory sales plans and execute targeted strategies to maximize opportunities. Provide accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and competitive insights to drive data-driven decision-making. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction. Assist in billing and collections when necessary, maintaining strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle B2B Results-Driven Sales Expertise: Minimum 3+ years of experience in outside sales, business development, or account management preferably in a mechanical, technical, industrial, or building materials environment. Previous experience in aftermarket sales and knowledge of industrial equipment servicing is a plus. You are relentless in prospecting, fearless in cold calling, and strategic in converting leads into loyal customers. A self-motivated, go-getter who thrives on exceeding targets and driving revenue growth. Exceptional Communication & Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to engage, present, and persuade in professional sales meetings and client discussions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to craft compelling proposals and close deals. Organizational & Time Management: Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize leads, and navigate a complex sales cycle efficiently. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to track sales performance and optimize strategies. Tech-Savvy & Business-Minded: Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM tools.
