The Industrial CDL Route Delivery Driver/Store Warehouse Team Member/Customer Service Rep delivers and exchanges full cylinders and liquid vessels for empty ones as a backup driver. This person is also responsible for accomplishing shipping and receiving on a daily basis, maintaining the warehouse in a neat & orderly fashion, and serving walk-in and phone-in customers. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Loads and unloads freight and accurately fills out truck manifest * Accurately fills out gas invoices * Delivers freight and gas cylinders to customers  * Prepares all items to be shipped on a daily basis  * Places all items received for stock into their appropriate locations on a daily basis * Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels * Maintains the warehouse area in a neat and orderly fashion * Properly receives all items shipped to the company on a daily basis * Greet customers in a professional and enthusiastic way * Answer telephone calls promptly * Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products, placement, availability, price and use * Process customer orders and accurately input customer order into the computer *  Follow up on customer orders not processed correctly and remedy situation * Maintain accurate cash handling processes & procedures * Stock shelves when needed * Adhere to all established procedures, policies and safety rules * Performs other tasks as assigned or necessary Qualifications * Minimum of Class B CDL with Hazardous Material Endorsement or ability to obtain * Excellent driving record  * No at fault accidents or DOT moving violations in the past 3 years   * 1-year verifiable city delivery experience preferred   * Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally lift up to 100 lbs * Knowledge of hauling hazardous material  * Ability to work safely around special hazards (i.e. mechanical – operating lift gate, and explosives – haul and work around flammable gas and non-flammable gas)  * Excellent customer service skills  * Good organizational skills  * Demonstrates timeliness, courtesy, sincerity and patience when dealing with Norco customers * Accurately enter data into computer and acquire a working knowledge of any software applications applicable to the position  * Basic mathematics skills  * Good communications skills  Additional Information Norco offers a competitive compensation/benefit package, including: * Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) * Health, Vision and Dental Insurance * Health Savings Account (HSA)  * Medical and Dependent Care Flex Accounts (FSA) * Life Insurance provided at no cost to employee by Norco  * Supplemental Accident, Disease, and Life Insurance through Norco * Employee Tuition Reimbursement * 401(k) with Employer Matching * Employee Discount on products sold by Norco Company Description Founded in 1948, Norco is headquartered in Boise, Idaho and has more than 70 branches in Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Nevada, Washington, Utah and Wyoming.
