Job Title: Industrial Cleaning Operative (Night Shift)
Location: Nationwide (travel required to assigned sites)
Hours: Night shift 7.30 pm to 6.00 am Monday to Thursday (4 x 10 hours shifts), 40 hours per week; flexibility will be required on occasion.
Rate of Pay: €15.73 per hour + 15% night shift premium (€2.36/hour), totalling €18.09/hour. 40 hours, up to 46 hours flat rate; over 46 hours overtime at 1.25 rate.

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking motivated and reliable Industrial Cleaning Operatives to join our Industrial Division. Working as part of a team, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of industrial cleaning tasks at client sites nationwide. This role is night-shift based, requiring flexibility and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism.

PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in industrial cleaning (advantage but not essential).
• Familiarity with industrial equipment and cleaning processes.
• Strong awareness of health & safety practices.
• Commitment to professional development and training.

• Carry out industrial cleaning tasks as directed by Industrial Supervisors.
• Work collaboratively within a team to complete jobs safely and efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene on client sites.
• Follow company health & safety procedures, including correct use of PPE.
• Operate industrial cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
• Comply with all customer site requirements and policies.
• Travel to various client sites nationwide as required.
• Participate in company-provided industry-specific training.
