Here at Ancon we provide industrial cleaning and other services to customers, such as refineries and power plants. We are seeking a Supervisor for the team, to lead job crews. Our Supervisors not only ensure that jobs are done right, but they are also essential in leading teams and promoting a culture where safety is a priority within the organization. This role demands a proactive individual who can demonstrate a commitment to the safety and well-being of our team and the surrounding environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to Safety. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role, including but not limited to running job crews 2+ years of industry-related experience (i.e. industrial cleaning services, hazardous waste clean-up, remediation services) Working knowledge of safety and other regulatory standards, as they relate to customer sites and facilities, such as OSHA regulations, etc. Understanding and experience with Hydroblasting, Tank Cleaning, and Vacuum Truck operations Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including the outdoors, heights, and confined spaces Strong understanding of environmental regulations and compliance standards Excellent leadership and communication skills, especially in high-pressure situations Ability to make sound decisions under pressure Ability to pass the pre-employment steps of a background check, drug test, and physical fit test TWIC card preferred Benefits beyond hourly pay?
