WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As an ICT Operative, you will play a vital role in elevating campus cleanliness by delivering comprehensive industrial cleaning services across internal and external areas. Your work will ensure a safe, healthy, and attractive environment for all campus users.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform cleaning duties across various areas including car parks, pathways, garden furniture, walls, ceilings, windows, and glass surfaces.
• Conduct high-level cleaning such as walls, vents, and HVAC grilles.
• Support pest and waste removal activities, including safe disposal of pests and bird guano.
• Assist in specialist lab cleaning in GxP and general laboratories.
• Respond to ad hoc cleaning requests via our Customer Service Portal (ServiceNow).
• Support working at height activities, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Uphold a safety-first attitude by promoting Sodexo’s Zero Harm culture and safety rules.
• Support seasonal safety efforts like snow and ice clearance during winter months.
• Support asset management and ensure compliance with all health and safety protocols.
• Support the Supervisor in ‘Permit to Work’ activities, including hosting third-party contractors whilst on-site.
