INDUSTRIAL DATA ANALYST Introduction about the Organization Elval is the aluminium rolling division of ElvalHalcor S.A. Elval offers reliable, innovative and competitive solutions that meet the most demanding requirements of global customers. With years of experience in aluminium rolling division, it is one of the most important aluminium industries in the European and international markets. We are seeking an Industrial Data Analyst to improve manufacturing performance through high-quality analytics, reporting, and applied AI use-cases. The core responsibility is to convert data into clear insights and measurable actions for production, quality, and maintenance stakeholders. Key Accountabilities Define and maintain consistent KPI logic and analytical methods Build dashboards and analytical reporting (Power BI or similar) Perform structured root-cause and loss analysis (Pareto, segmentation by line/product/shift, trend analysis, hypothesis-driven investigation) Translate findings into recommendations, quantify impact, and support follow-up measurement Contribute to AI/advanced analytics initiatives (scope based on experience) Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience Diploma in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Chemical Engineering, or Degree in a field such as Mathematics, Physics, or Statistics Working knowledge of at least one programming language used for data work (e.g., Python, R, Matlab, C#), with the ability to develop repeatable, code-based analyses Previous experience (1–5 years) in analytics, reporting, or industrial analytics delivering measurable outcomes SQL Proficiency is considered a plus Python proficiency is considered a plus Experience with BI/reporting tools: Power BI, Qlik Sense, Tableau, Looker (or similar) is considered a plus Cloud and modern data platform exposure is considered a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams About the benefits Our Company provides a dynamic working environment, in which cooperation and continuous learning are encouraged and career development relates to performance.
