We’re seeking a paid, in-person intern to join our team - candidates with strong problem-solving skills who can contribute at every stage of the design process Job Description U.S. citizenship is required for this internship to comply with security clearance regulations. All candidates must include a portfolio with their resume/application. Start Date: February 2026 Duration: 3 months Salary: $27-$35/hr Qualifications What We're Looking For: - Currently studying or recently graduated in Industrial Design or adjacent field. - Strong problem-solving skills and passion for creative exploration. - Portfolio demonstrating storytelling, process documentation, wide-ranging concept exploration, creative solutions, and aesthetic sense. - Great communication and visualization skills. - 2D design skills: Analog and digital sketching, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. - 3D modeling and rendering experience (SolidWorks and KeyShot preferred). - Prototyping proficiency with the ability to integrate feedback. - Interest in Generative AI application is a plus (Midjourney / Vizcom / Copilot). Portfolio Requirements: Include your best work demonstrating: - Strong problem-solving capabilities. - Clear, well-documented design process. - Ideation and concept development. - Model-making proficiency. - Distinct point of view! While meeting every qualification isn’t required, we value diverse perspectives and seek candidates with a collaborative mindset, critical thinking abilities, and a strong willingness to learn - along with a keen awareness of emerging trends and the ability to integrate them into their design approach.
