Our team has created everything from viral kids’ toothbrush characters to clinically backed subscription oral care brands, to lifestyle-driven products sold nationwide in Walmart, Target, CVS, Walgreens, and beyond.
We’re looking for a world-class Industrial Designer who can bring ideas to life across our diverse product portfolio. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your designs will move quickly from sketch to shelf — influencing products that millions of families use every day.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in consumer product design (oral care, baby, personal care, CPG, or toys preferred).
• Portfolio that showcases character-driven design, consumer product sketches, CAD models, and packaging concepts.
• Strong command of CAD, 3D rendering, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience working with overseas manufacturers a plus.

• Product Concepting & Sketching
• Generate innovative product concepts that blend functionality, manufacturability, and consumer appeal.
• Create quick ideation sketches, detailed design drawings, and refined renders (Industrial sketches, packaging concepts).
• Design Across Categories
• Oral care: toothbrushes, flossers, toothpaste packaging, and subscription-based products.
• Baby/kids: fun character-driven designs (cups, feeding sets, wipes packaging, toys).
• Personal/wellness care: sanitizers, wipes, toilet care products, household essentials.
• Prototype & Development
• Translate concepts into CAD models and prototypes for sampling.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs meet cost, safety, and durability standards.
• Packaging & Brand Experience
• Design packaging, in-store displays, and product ecosystems that make the brand stand out.
• Work closely with marketing and licensing partners to deliver brand-right designs.
• Trendspotting & Research
• Stay on top of design, color, and material trends (from Gen Z aesthetics to retail buyer preferences).
• Research competitors and global markets to inspire fresh concepts.
