Curious what this is all about? Let’s dive right in: Shape user-centered, sustainable energy solutions for the European market. Translate user needs, market insights, and technological possibilities into high-quality design concepts. Conduct user-centered research for the European market, translating insights into actionable design recommendations. Monitor design, technology, and market trends to identify future opportunities. Develop innovative concepts while considering engineering feasibility and production costs. Collaborate closely with our global design team and coordinate external design partners. Your profile All right, all right, that was intriguing, wasn't it? Now, in order to fit in this role, and be happy for a long time, your ideal background should look a lot like this: You possess a Master’s degree in Industrial Design, Engineering Design, or a related field. You have 1-3 years of professional experience as an industrial or product designer or a comparable role. You demonstrate strong creative and conceptual skills with a passion for problem-solving. You have excellent visual expression skills and a strong sense of aesthetics across different 3D styles. You are proficient in at least one CAD software such as Rhino 3D or Creo. You have very good English skills (C1 level or higher); German and Chinese are a plus. Why us?
