Responsibilities

THE ROLE

This is a key leadership position for an ambitious, commercially driven individual. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for growing the Bolton division—leading a team, building new business, and delivering service excellence to existing clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead, develop, and manage a team of recruiters and account managers.
  • Drive business development across the local industrial sector, targeting new clients and contracts.
  • Maintain and grow key client relationships, ensuring high service standards and client retention.
  • Identify market trends and business opportunities in the Bolton area.
  • Recruit, train, and retain high-performing team members.
  • Monitor KPIs and ensure operational and legal compliance.
  • Report regularly on division performance and contribute to strategic planning.
