ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Door Engineer to join our team in Swansea. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for the installation, servicing, and repair of a wide range of perimeter security solutions, including industrial doors, gates, barriers, bollards, and access control systems.
The role involves diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults, carrying out preventative maintenance, and ensuring all work meets safety standards. You will represent the company on client sites, so delivering excellent customer service is essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Install, service, and repair industrial doors and perimeter security equipment
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues
  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and industry regulations
  • Provide clear communication and professional service to clients on-site
  • Maintain accurate records of work carried out and parts used
  • Travel to client sites as required
