As we continue to invest in our manufacturing operations, we’re looking for an Industrial Electrician (known internally as an Electrical Tech) to help keep our production environment running safely, reliably, and efficiently. In this role, you’ll be the go-to resource for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing the electrical systems and equipment that our manufacturing facility depends on every day. This position is ideal for someone with solid electrical fundamentals who is genuinely curious about how control systems and automation work—and motivated to grow in that direction over time. WHAT YOU'LL DO: * Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults on manufacturing equipment including motors, relays, switches, and sensors * Perform and document preventive maintenance on electrical systems per established schedules * Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals * Install, troubleshoot, adjust, and repair variable frequency drives (VFDs) and motion control systems * Install, troubleshoot, adjust, and repair PLC and HMI control equipment to support troubleshooting and diagnostics; build familiarity with control systems over time with engineering support * Follow LOTO procedures and NFPA 70E electrical safety standards * Log repair actions and parts usage in the maintenance system (CMMS) * Communicate equipment status and findings clearly to engineering and supervision MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: * 3 or more years of hands-on industrial electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment * Solid working knowledge of motors, drives, and motion control systems * LOTO-qualified; familiar with NFPA 70E electrical safety requirements * Strong troubleshooting instincts, comfortable diagnosing problems independently * Genuine curiosity about controls and automation—a self-directed learner who actively seeks to understand how systems work and fill in their own knowledge gaps PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Technical diploma, associate’s degree, or completed electrician apprenticeship * Foundational knowledge of industrial controls systems—PLCs, drives, HMIs, and motion controls.
