Description Job Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician with a strong background in automation and PLC systems to support operations in a fast-paced packing and shipping facility. This role is critical to maintaining equipment uptime, safety, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems and automated equipment Diagnose and resolve issues with PLCs, VFDs, sensors, and control systems Assist with installation and modification of automation systems Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime Read and interpret electrical schematics and control drawings Work closely with operations and maintenance teams Follow all safety standards and facility protocols Requirements Requirements: 3+ years of experience as an Industrial Electrician Experience in manufacturing, food processing, or warehouse environments preferred Hands-on experience with PLC-controlled systems (Allen Bradley, Siemens, etc.) Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical and control systems Knowledge of lockout/tagout and safety procedures Ability to work independently and respond to urgent issues Preferred: Bilingual (English/Spanish)
