JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Wiring of motors, machinery, and electrical installations
• Installing/replacing/upgrading/improving lighting, equipment wiring, panels, transformers and building infrastructure
• Be capable of troubleshooting electrical CNC & industrial, automated machines,
• Must be capable of reading and reviewing basic electrical schematics
• Some mechanical work involved such as EMT, Unistrut, cable ladders, and assisting millwrights and maintenance tasks

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Red Seal Electrician Certification - Preference given to industrial experience
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in an industrial environment
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability
• Knowledge of manufacturing and industrial equipment
• Proven safety record
• Ability to multi-task or move from one to another efficiently and accurately
• Ability to organize tasks and workload and prioritize order
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Collaborate with other departments for scheduled and unscheduled tasks
• Basic computer skills
• Patient, respectful and a team player

ASSETS:

• Working with CNC and industrial automated machines
• Forklift and/or Scissor Lift experience
• PLC programming & troubleshooting
• Robotics and automated systems knowledge
• PEX, copper, air, and Schedule 40 pipework installation
• IT & Ethernet installation

  Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 40 per week
