THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a licensed Industrial Electrician (442A and/or 309A) to join our manufacturing team in London, Ontario. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems and equipment to ensure optimal production efficiency and safety. You will work with automation, PLCs, and industrial controls while supporting continuous improvement and preventative maintenance initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Perform electrical repairs, installations, and troubleshooting on industrial machinery and equipment.
  • Maintain and repair PLCs, drives, and industrial control systems.
  • Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance to ensure equipment performance and reliability.
  • Identify opportunities for equipment and process optimization, and collaborate on upgrades.
  • Proactively address maintenance issues to minimize downtime and production interruptions.
  • Document work performed and share findings for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with OHSA regulations, Electrical Safety Code, and company safety standards.
  • Support mechanical maintenance activities when required.
