What You’ll Do As an Industrial Electrician with MMS, you will: Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems (up to 480V, 3-phase) Troubleshoot and diagnose PLC systems with a focus on Allen-Bradley Support CNC machines and machine tool electrical systems Work with motors, VFDs, control panels, and high-voltage components Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime Support equipment upgrades and new installations Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and safety standards Respond to breakdowns and support continuous improvement initiatives Requirements Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED Completion of electrical apprenticeship or technical training 3–5+ years of industrial/manufacturing electrical experience Strong PLC troubleshooting experience (Allen-Bradley preferred) Experience working with CNC equipment in a factory setting Knowledge of 480V, 3-phase power systems Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation Solid understanding of NEC and OSHA standards Preferred: Journeyman or Master Electrician License Experience with Siemens or other automation platforms Familiarity with CMMS systems Experience in lean manufacturing environments Tools & Technology You’ll Use Multimeters and megohmmeters PLC programming software & HMI interfaces Diagnostic equipment for industrial automation CMMS systems for tracking maintenance and repairs Benefits That Work for You At MMS, we expect excellence—and we reward it.
