Compensation

  • Starting at $44.15/hour for Red Seal Journeyperson Industrial Electrician
  • Night shift premium of $2.00/hour
  • Additional compensation for PLC specialization
  • Sign on bonus ($3-5k)
  • 3 weeks vacation plus 5 sick days
  • Quarterly bonus up to 5% on regular hours
  • Full benefits, employer pays 80%
  • Boot allowance and Safety glasses

Responsibilities
  • Keep our facility running smoothly by diagnosing and resolving issues in real time
  • Work hands-on with automation controls, field sensors, and complex electrical systems
  • Apply technical knowledge to maintain and repair equipment ranging from 120V circuits to high-voltage panels
  • Use diagnostic equipment like insulation testers, multi-meters, and thermal imagers to identify and solve system faults
  • Assemble and install new components and machinery with accuracy and precision
  • Collaborate closely with production teams to optimize equipment uptime
  • Lead and support facility-wide continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records using our advanced asset management platform
  • Ensure all work aligns with strict safety and food-grade compliance standards
