Install, maintain, and repair electrical and instrumentation controls and equipment in the Plant, processing and production departments. Also, you will maintain control systems to suit control strategies required for process/electrical equipment to perform. Employee Type: Full time Location: ON Stoney Creek Job Type: Production Group Job Posting Title: Industrial Electrician Job Description: Roles & Responsibilities: Install, calibrate and test electrical and instrumentation equipment to required standards Troubleshooting and repair of controls, electrical components and systems in facility, utilities, and production departments Preventative maintenance (PM) and repair activities on all electrical and instrumentation related equipment Ongoing training on new equipment and maintenance practices would be a requirement Qualifications & Experience: Ability to work with minimal supervision and you value team effort Excellent communication skills both verbally and written Problem solving & planning Availability to work rotating shifts, days, afternoons, nights with some overtime required C of Q – Industrial or Construction Electrician (309A or 442) Allen Bradley PLC experience Food manufacturing experience considered an asset Physical Activity / Working Conditions: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
