Short Description This critical position will partner with logistics management and will be responsible for optimizing logistics processes by identifying and driving the implementation of appropriate Lean methodologies. Job Responsibilities 1. Logistics systems management and support 2. Enabling continuous improvement in global logistics operations 3. Warehousing and manufacturing designs 4. Data compilation and analysis 5. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts including: Kanban methodology implementation Kaizen improvement methodologies Operations and material flow optimization 6. AutoCAD, Facility design 7. Manufacturing methods and process optimization 8. Material Review Planning optimization Minimum Qualifications 1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or higher 2. 5+ years experience in warehouse operations support 3. 3+ years experience with AutoCAD 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 5. Strong leadership and project management skills 6. Must have a passion for manufacturing, software and data, and finding better/faster ways of doing everything you do 7. Should be able to demonstrate strong CAD experience 8.
