Work #LikeABosch Job Description Your valuable contribution to something big: You define, implement, and improve standards and work methods in manufacturing and auxiliary area; You ensure the continuous improvement of the workplace and work systems by analyzing and standardizing processes to reduce manufacturing costs and enhance ergonomics; Act as a key advisor and mentor, elevating the skills of other departments and fostering a plant culture of continuous improvement; Proactively enhance our work environment through expert ergonomic and MTM analyses, improving both well-being and productivity; Drive Continuous improvement projects by transforming production data into a competitive edge, boosting efficiency and innovation. Experience and Skills: A minimum of 3 years of experience in an engineering role, preferable industrial engineering role; Experience in the manufacturing of electronic products; Knowledge of standardized work; Experience with ergonomics evaluation; Proficient in using SAP, MS Office, and Jira; Training and mentoring skills. Certifications: Lean manufacturing; Instructor certification is considered an advantage.
