Industrial Engineer ID Permintaan: 133073 Status pekerjaan: Sepenuh masa, Lokasi: Chemor (Ipoh) 1. Objective of job Conduct and evaluate process data determinations as part of time studies  Optimize production & process efficiency 2. Principle activities Creation and perform line balances. To perform manpower calculation. Monitoring & optimize of production process (Calculation of capacity, staff, equipment, space, etc.). Analyzing and optimizing motion sequences and workflows in the production area. Showing of potentials for improvements and forwarding it to the responsible department. Creation of ramp-up curve for production launch. Cooperate in problem solving and improvement activities. Support in updating the FMEA & PLP  To support in wire robbing activity. To create new / optimize the process flow & visiual aids. Communicate with CKD plant, IS CKD team & expert related with IS topic. To update & analysis monthly IS KPI.
