Job Description As an Industrial Engineer, you will play a key role in optimizing and industrializing production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and innovation across our manufacturing lines. Your contribution to something big: Develop and implement new production processes within Methods & Time and Ergonomics Create and manage Manufacturing and Work Instructions (Standardized Work) Perform MTM analyses for manual processes Balance and optimize production lines and workstations Analyze production cycle times and conduct capacity analysis Support product and process changes with a strong industrialization mindset Contribute to new product quotations and support their industrial implementation Maintain process data in SAP (CAPP) Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives, including Kaizen and continuous improvement activities Contribute to the digitalization of Industrial Engineering tools and processes Qualifications What distinguishes you: 1. Education Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field 2. Experience Experience in an industrial environment, preferably within the automotive industry Experience in production processes and industrialization projects 3. Know-how Strong knowledge of MTM and/or REFA Experience with SAP (CAPP preferred) Knowledge of Ergonomics principles Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Standardized Work Experience in line balancing, capacity analysis, and process optimization Affinity with digital tools and Industry 4.0 concepts is a plus 4. Languages Good command of English (spoken and written) 5. Working Style and Methods Structured and analytical approach Strong planning and prioritization skills Ability to work effectively in dynamic production environments Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills 6.
