SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving existing production systems, optimizing workflows, programming, implementing lean manufacturing strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure high-quality output. This role plays a key part in driving continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Efficiency with Mastercam and SolidWorks.
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, ERP systems, and Office365.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher).
  • Experience with automation, robotics, and Industry 4.0 technologies.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.
  • Personnel management experience.
    Pay scale: $ 70,000 to $ 115,000 / annum

Responsibilities
  • Daily coordination with facility foreman & operation manager.
  • Responsible for efficient production of CNC machined components.
  • Analyze manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Design and implement lean manufacturing initiatives to reduce waste and improve productivity.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), time studies, and work instructions.
  • Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve bottlenecks and improve throughput.
  • Accountable towards CNC programming accuracy, set up and produced parts quality.
  • Provide assistance with machine tooling selection and optimization.
  • Provide assistance with scheduling and estimating by way of cycle time assessment and work center selection based on existing workload volumes.
  • Support layout planning, equipment selection, and facility design to optimize space and resource utilization.
  • Support the Quality team and be aligned with ISO certified processes within the facility.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and corrective action planning for process-related issues.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cycle time, yield, and downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality and regulatory standards.
