Take ownership of site performance, capacity planning and capital projects — playing a critical role in improving efficiency, reducing cost and enabling future growth. This is a high-impact, highly visible role where you’ll influence how the factory runs today — and how it evolves for tomorrow. You’ll become part of the small effective team delivering Continuous Improvement, Focused Improvement, Supply Excellence and Learning & Development. What You’ll Do Own and improve site performance across Safety, Quality, Cost, Service and Efficiency Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including time loss and productivity optimisation Manage capital projects and assess site capacity to meet future demand Build and justify investment cases aligned to site and regional strategy Act as the supply lead for all factory activities (NPD, changes, transfers) Balance cost, complexity and service to drive the best outcomes Partner cross-functionally and influence key stakeholders to deliver results What You’ll Bring Experience in manufacturing / supply chain (FMCG preferred) Strong background in performance improvement, capacity or IE Exposure to capital projects and business case development Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action Confidence to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes Lean / TPM / Continuous Improvement experience (highly regarded) Why Mars?
