We are seeking high-impact, high-performing, self-accountable Industrial Engineers at the senior, intermediate, and junior levels to help shape the future of process optimization in a highly regulated, technically complex environment.

EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Experience in industrial engineering within a highly regulated industry (nuclear preferred).
• Proven track record applying Lean Six Sigma or equivalent continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a questioning attitude.
• Advanced communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including workshop facilitation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-performance environment.
• Familiarity with industrial engineering software tools (e.g., Simul8) considered an asset.
• Project Management certification and/or leadership experience is considered an asset.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally on a short-term basis.
