Description

JOIN A TEAM THAT’S DRIVING PRECISION AND INNOVATION IN ADVANCED MANUFACTURING.

At Piller Aimmco, innovation runs deep—our story began in 1963 when Piller Plastics founder Jacob Piller revolutionized the logging industry with a patented injection-molded tree felling wedge. Lightweight, tough, and built to last, his design quickly became an industry staple and is still used worldwide today.
Over the decades, we’ve grown into a premier injection molding powerhouse, delivering high-quality components to industry leaders like Epson, Panasonic, and Mattel. Our journey took an exciting turn in 2014 when we merged with AIMMCO, a renowned tooling and injection molding company known for its cutting-edge product development and exceptional customer service. Together, we offer a unique, fully integrated solution—from part design and tooling to high-volume production and turnkey integration.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

At Piller Aimmco, we don’t just build parts — we build possibility. We’re looking for a self-driven, hands-on Industrial Engineer who thrives in fast-paced, technology-driven environments to keep our automation systems running smoothly and lead continuous improvement across our plant floor. If you’re passionate about automation, problem-solving, and making things better every day — this is the opportunity for you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Own the Automation Line – Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on automated machinery to keep operations moving.
  • Troubleshoot & Solve – Jump in when issues arise and use your technical skills to identify and fix them fast.
  • Collaborate Across Teams – Partner with IT, vendors, and production to integrate systems and bring automation to the next level.
  • Lead Capital Projects – Take charge of equipment upgrades and installations, from justification to final testing.
  • Drive Improvements – Use Lean principles and your own ingenuity to reduce downtime, cut waste, and improve efficiency.
