Our production operations exist to serve engineering excellence—not the other way around. We are seeking a highly capable Industrial Engineer to lead the improvement, modernization, and automation of our UHPC and precast production operations across our UAE-based production facilities. This is a hands-on, site-based role that requires regular presence on the factory floor to analyze processes, implement improvements, and work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams. Role Overview The Industrial Engineer will be responsible for driving process optimization, automation, and systems improvement within a high-precision, project-driven manufacturing environment. The role is critical to enhancing productivity, consistency, quality, and scalability across multiple production locations. \n Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline Minimum 5 years of experience in a high-volume, process-driven manufacturing environment Strong expertise in: Process simulation and optimization, Automation and digitization of manufacturing systems, Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies, Data-driven performance analysis and workflow optimization A systems thinker capable of identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable, sustainable solutions Experience outside the precast or construction industry is welcome, provided you bring proven manufacturing optimization expertise and can deliver measurable impact Willingness and ability to work on-site across production facilities in the UAE Roles and Responsibilities Lead the optimization and modernization of UHPC and precast production processes Develop and implement automation, standardization, and efficiency initiatives Analyze production data to improve throughput, quality, and resource utilization Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to align manufacturing with project requirements Support the development of scalable systems to meet growing project demands \n
