We’re looking for Industrial Engineers to lead the industrialisation journey from design freeze to stable series production. This is your chance to shape how world-class products are built—ensuring they’re manufacturable, safe, cost-effective, and robust. About the Project You’ll be working on major transportation projects with a global leader in sustainable mobility solutions. This organisation is renowned for delivering advanced rail systems and pioneering technologies that keep cities moving efficiently and safely. What You’ll Do Enable Design for Manufacture & Assembly (DfM/DfA): Collaborate with design teams, challenge concepts, and ensure seamless integration. Industrialisation Leadership: Create Industrial Data Sheets, PFMEAs, and define tooling, jigs, and fixtures. Shopfloor Excellence: Develop clear work instructions, optimise layouts, and validate method times for efficient production. Continuous Improvement: Solve problems, implement Poka-Yoke, and drive process optimisation. Qualifications What We’re Looking For Education: Bachelor’s in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Production Engineering (or equivalent). Experience: Proven experience in manufacturing/process engineering or industrialisation within the rail industry.
