INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER JOB DESCRIPTION 1. Design and optimize factory and production layouts to ensure efficient material flow and space utilization. 2. Conduct time studies, process studies, and line balancing to achieve productivity and efficiency targets. 3. Lead process design and improvement initiatives to reduce waste, improve OEE, and maximize throughput. 4. Apply Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, VSM, Kanban, and 5S principles to drive operational excellence. 5. Monitor and analyze OEE data to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous improvement in safety, ergonomics, and quality. 7. Drive standardization and documentation of best practices across production lines. 8. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. 9. Proficiency in factory simulation tools and MS Excel (advanced level). 10. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.   Key Skills: Layout Design, , CAD, OEE, Time Study, Process Design, Line balancing, Resource Planning, Capacity Planning, Improvements, Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, VSM, Kanban, 5S.   Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s   in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
