Job Description SEGULA is seeking multiple Industrial Engineers to provide mid-term onsite support at a major manufacturing facility in San Antonio, TX. These are hands-on, high-impact engineering roles focused on supporting daily production operations through work measurement, ergonomic evaluations, labor analysis, and continuous improvement. MOST Certification and demonstrated experience performing accurate work measurement studies in fast-paced industrial environments are required. Key Responsibilities Conduct work measurement studies using MOST (Maynard Operation Sequence Technique) to determine accurate labor requirements. Perform ergonomic assessments and recommend improvements to enhance safety, efficiency, and productivity. Develop, update, and execute daily manpower assignments aligned with production needs. Analyze manufacturing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and optimize workstation layouts. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and provide data-driven recommendations. Partner closely with production leadership to support major project initiatives; some Friday/Saturday work may be required. Ensure compliance with facility standards, timelines, and key project deliverables. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering field (required). MOST Certification with documented professional application in industrial settings (required). Minimum 2 years of industrial or manufacturing experience (automotive, heavy equipment, or high-volume assembly preferred). Proven ability to perform: Time studies Workstation analysis Labor estimation Process optimization Ergonomic evaluations Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to work onsite 4 days per week (Monday–Thursday, 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM). Additional Information ​​​​​​​Work Schedule Standard onsite schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM Occasional Friday/Saturday support for key initiatives Full onsite presence required (no remote option)
