INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER - TESTING (M/F/X)

Skeleton Technologies is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer - Testing (m/f/x) to join our dynamic team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your insights will contribute directly to the success of the overall company!

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3 years of Electrical Testing experience.
  • Knowledge & experience of product development & product launch.
  • Background in the electronics, automotive industry or automatic high production volume lines would be a benefit.
  • Experience within the battery field would be preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills & minimum of B2 level of German.
  • Knowledge of Yield, OEE.
  • You have a hands-on mentality.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A low hierarchical approach to management & focus on team-driven results.
Responsibilities
  • Yield and efficiency improvements in the current production process.
  • Initiate quality improvement activities & projects.
  • Conduct literature research to scan new and alternative processing approaches, supplies and materials.
  • Prepare documentation related to the production process in order to optimise & improve the current process.
  • Continuous improvement of module assembly, welding and potting processes.
  • Design, develop and implement efficient production.
  • Design of production tools to improve and simplify the processes.
  • Work with DFA- review, new product design, work closely with development engineering.
  • You would be member of the 8D team to analyse customer- and internal claims, develop-ing counter measures and leading the implementation in production.
