Job Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency and reduce waste. Collaborate with production managers to develop and optimize production schedules. Governance the quality status in the production process. Collect and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Identify opportunities to reduce production costs without compromising quality or safety. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Evaluate and recommend new technologies and automation solutions to enhance production efficiency. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Good command of English and Chinese languages, both spoken and written Proven experience in an industrial engineering role within a manufacturing or factory environment. Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and quality control systems. Proficiency in data analysis and statistical software (e.g., Minitab, MATLAB). Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations. Tech-savvy with a passion for emerging technology. Knowledge of SAP and familiar with MS Office is preferred. Fresh graduates with Industrial Engineering background would be considered as junior positions.
