Job Description 1.Lead the plant standardized work framework & oversee overall governance to ensure consistent operational practices. 2.Evaluate workplaces for ergonomic compliance and provide recommendations to reduce health risks. Apply a holistic approach to ergonomics management and promote workplace safety. 3.Implement time management practices with integrity and support project evaluation processes. 4.Control and drive plant Kaizen activities to continuously improve efficiency and processes. 5.Participate in new MAE designs & NPI projects from the earliest stage to prevent build-in issues. Qualifications Technical: Knowledge of Industrial engineering Knowledge of health and safety regulations Lean manufacturing principles Continuous improvement methodologies data analysis and statistical modeling Methodological: Ergonomics CAPP knowledge MTM method knowledge IGEL software SAP knowledge Legal Entity: Bosch Automotive Aftermarket (China) Co., Ltd.
