A better future?   We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Industrial Engineering Coordinator, based in our Apodaca Plant (Apodaca, Nuevo León, México).    As Industrial Engineering Coordinator you will have an excellent opportunity to identify, plan and control the company's improvement projects as well as design, analyze, manage, optimize, and maintain the plant's production systems. Reporting directly to Engineering Manager.                                                                                                                                                 Your Task will be Personnel management OEE Production Metrics, Downtime. Capacity studies of clients such as Ford, GM, Volvo. Lay Out update. Manage and control organizational improvement projects. Train staff to apply Six Sigma/Lean manufacturing strategies and tools.        Comply with the corresponding responsibility in each of the procedures that include the requirements of the standards that govern our quality system IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001. Develop the communication skills for the report and continuous communication with the upper management and directors.   Be successful in this role you will need: Bachelor´s Degree in Industrial Engineering or any related field. Master’s degree is a plus. 7 years of experience as a Industrial Engineering for in the automotive industry. Previous experience as a member of the electronic automotive industry (SMT, Backend, assembly). Knowledge: Capacity, time, and movement analysis. Customer capacity sheets: Ford, GM, Volvo, Audi, Stellantis, or BMW. Cycle time improvements. AutoCAD. Continuous improvement tools. ISO 9001 and IATF 16949. English level advanced Attention to detail with accuracy, leadership, teamwork, customer focused, strong organization, communication. #LI-CA1
