Requirements: Qualifications & Experience: A Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or a relevant field The skills we need: Computer Literacy Strong Attention to Detail Understanding of industrial engineering principles and methods (work study, process improvement, operations management). Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills. Ability to identify bottlenecks and develop solutions to improve efficiency. Critical thinking and decision-making under pressure. Attributes required: Collaborative Creative Energy Hands on Have an opinion and voice it Strong communication skills Strong problem solving skills Key responsibilities: Support the development and implementation of trade and operational strategies Analyse data to identify efficiencies, trends, and improvement opportunities Assist with process optimization and performance measurement initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making This is a 12-month contract position.
