Primary Duties & Responsibilities : IE Standardization System Construction - 30% •    Establish, review and manage IE standards procedures and guide the team to comply. Set up and maintain IE standards: including standard capacity, standard working hours, standard manpower calculation system formulation, etc. •    Lead the team to realize IE team targets. •    Train develops and guide subordinates.  •    Identify elements of improvements and assign right people to lead the improvement projects. Manufacturing Cost Reduction - 20% •    Plan manufacturing budget, review product standard cost, monitor, analyze and continuously reduce manufacturing cost. •    Break down quarterly/monthly cost management objectives, analyze and continuously reduce manufacturing cost. •    Review actual cost vs. budget and identify opportunities for improvement. •    Review manufacturing capex budget plan and actual execution. Operations Management System Improvement - 20% •    Monitor factory operations KPIs and continuously improve operations report system. •    Review and approve documentation release in configuration management systems. •    Report automation. Special Assignments - 20% •    Lead or support special projects to improve manufacturing performance as assigned by upper management. •    Report on projects and make recommendations to upper management. Space & Layout Management - 10% •    Develop factory space strategy. •    Plan factory layout, optimize production material/people flow and increase space utilization. •    Manage factory space & space utilization. •    Optimize factory layout and manufacturing flows to improve performance. Job Requirements: Education:    •    MS degree in Industrial Engineering or mechanical engineering. Advanced educational qualifications will be a plus. Candidates having suitable professional experience with a BS degree will be considered. Experience:    •    >15 years or above IE/Lean manufacturing management experiences in multinational companies. Project management experience will be a plus. Special Skills:    •    Strong analytical capabilities, initiative, creative, independent with leadership qualities and able to work under pressure in a challenging environment with strong communication skills. •    Good organization and decision-making ability. •    IE/Lean manufacturing experiences in the manufacturing industry.   •    Conversant with manufacturing cost analysis and reduction. •    Strong ability of logic-thinking, strategic planning. •    Excels in a cross-organizational, cross cultural, global team environment.  •    Adaptability, Customer Focus, Innovation, Planning and Organizing, Problem Solving, Decision Making and Continuous Improvement, Professional and Technical Knowledge and Skills, Reliable and Dependable, Results Oriented, Teamwork and Positive Relationships, Work Standards/Quality/ Details. •    Fluent in English. Ability to use Mandarin is an added advantage.
