INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING INTERN (ALAJUELA, COSTA RICA)

Responsibilities:
- Operations video recording
- Time study of the Creation of line balance
- Labor standard calculation
- Line Inventory definition (WIP)
- Layout drawing and Implementation
- Savings calculation
- SPQDC change control of Standard work Kaizen events
- Standard work and 5’S visual sheets development
- Value stream mapping KaizenSpace release kaizen event
