We like to promote from within: Here’s your chance. Requirements: Qualifications & Experience: N6 Certificate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field. The skills we need: Computer Literacy Strong Attention to Detail Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Data analysis skills (Excel, Power BI, SQL advantageous) Understanding of supply chain, operations, and production processes Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. Attributes required: Collaborative Creative Energy Hands on Have an opinion and voice it Strong communication skills Strong problem-solving skills Key responsibilities: Analyse operational workflows and identify areas for improvement. Assist in developing solutions to reduce cost, increase efficiency and improve productivity. Work with operations managers and DC Champions to resolve daily operational issues. Support Industrial engineers with small projects at warehouse, machinery/equipment, materials handling, and packaging. Assist with process mapping and document standard operating procedures (SOPs). Ensure operations align with safety, engineering, and quality standards. This is a 12-month contract position. Responsibilities
