Job Description Document Management System Assisting Process Owners in Identifying and Reviewing existing documents (SOPs, GDLs, WIs, Forms) Watermarking of newly registered documents Review of aging items/concerns Assisting QSP in reviewing and following up aging concerns Support in preparation of 3rd party audit Qualifications Must be a student currently enrolled in a college/university studying BS Industrial Engineering. At least on its penultimate year Enrolled in an internship subject With good scholastic records duly endorsed by the school Able to pass the pre-internship requirements Additional Information On site Compensation: PHP9000 - PHP15000 - yearly
Responsibilities
The intern will assist process owners in identifying and reviewing existing documents, watermark newly registered documents, and support in the preparation of third-party audits. Additionally, they will review aging items and concerns and assist in following up on these issues.
