Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Engineer with a strong background in oil & gas, hydrocarbon, refinery, offshore, or large-scale infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will lead maintenance and construction-related engineering activities while ensuring full compliance with project specifications, international codes, and industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of construction and maintenance requirements. Plan, schedule, and direct construction and maintenance activities to achieve project milestones and performance targets. Oversee and manage Construction Subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards. Prepare and execute construction and maintenance plans to support efficient project delivery. Ensure compliance with all relevant international standards, codes, and project specifications. Identify and implement improvements in construction, maintenance, and operational practices. Monitor project progress, resolve technical issues, and support decision-making to maintain timelines and budgets. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering. 6+ Years of work experience. Proven experience in oil/gas, hydrocarbon, refinery, offshore, or major infrastructure construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, maintenance practices, economic principles, and industry regulations. Excellent coordination, planning, and project management skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Salary is not a constraint ,company is looking for right candidate .
