Responsibilities:
- Work with manufacturing team to develop standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Optimize processes using Six Sigma tools, ex DMAIC, Fishbone Analysis, 5 Whys etc.
- Assessment of spare parts inventory vs exposure to Plant downtime
- Assessing preventative maintenance activity against machine failure
- Assessing maintenance effectiveness (time allocation vs equipment performance)
- Audit Preventative Maintenance program
