INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT OPERATOR – PUMP SYSTEMS Fly-In/Fly-Out | 14 Days On / 14 Days Off | Camp Provided JOIN A TEAM THAT KEEPS CANADA'S CRITICAL PROJECTS MOVING Canada Pump & Power is a growing industrial and marine construction company specializing in pumping, dredging, dewatering, and marine projects across Canada. We are seeking dependable, mechanically inclined Industrial Equipment Operators to join our team and support a variety of challenging projects in remote locations. WHAT WE OFFER * Competitive hourly wage of $28.00–$35.00, based on experience * 14 days on / 14 days off rotational schedule * Flights provided from Edmonton or Calgary to project sites * Camp accommodations provided while on shift * Ongoing project opportunities across Canada * Opportunity to work with specialized industrial pumping systems * Supportive team environment with opportunities for growth and advancement Please Note: Employees are responsible for arranging and covering their travel to either the Edmonton or Calgary airport. From those locations, Canada Pump & Power provides flights to site and camp accommodations for the duration of your rotation. WHAT YOU'LL DO As an Industrial Equipment Operator, you'll play an important role in supporting field operations on a variety of industrial projects. Responsibilities may include: * Operate industrial pumping and water management equipment safely and efficiently * Assist with equipment setup, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and demobilization * Monitor system performance and identify operational concerns * Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance * Complete daily inspections, FLRAs, and required operational documentation * Drive company vehicles and transport equipment as required * Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment * Work closely with supervisors and fellow crew members to achieve project objectives Every project is different, and successful operators are adaptable, safety-focused, and willing to support the team wherever needed. WE'RE LOOKING FOR The ideal candidate is someone who: * Has a strong mechanical aptitude and enjoys troubleshooting equipment * Works well independently and as part of a team * Is dependable, motivated, and willing to work in remote environments * Takes ownership of their work and maintains a positive attitude * Understands the importance of safety and professionalism * Is comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Experience operating industrial pumps is considered an asset, but we also encourage applicants with experience in: * Heavy equipment operation * Mining * Oil sands * Civil construction * Oil & gas * Water transfer or dewatering * Mechanical trades * Industrial maintenance * Field operations MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS * Valid Class 5 Driver's License * Driver's Abstract acceptable to the Company's insurer * Ability to pass a pre-access Alcohol & Drug test * Ability to obtain a satisfactory Criminal Record Check * Willingness to work a 14-on/14-off rotational schedule * Willingness to travel and work at remote project locations across Canada * Physically capable of performing the duties of the position WHY CANADA PUMP & POWER?
