Description
We are seeking a highly experienced, proactive, and detail-oriented Industrial Facility Engineering Manager with Maintenance Background to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our Factory at Borg Al Arab. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment for all occupants and assets, playing a critical role in supporting our business operations and employee well-being. Key Responsibilities: 1) Operations & Maintenance Management 2)Vendor & Contractor Management 3) Budgeting & Cost Control 4) Health, Safety & Compliance 5)Utilities & Resource Management 6)Stakeholder Communication 7) Asset Management Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience at domain facility management, operations, or property management, preferably in a [Textile industry, e.g., corporate, manufacturing, industrial] environment. Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety) and maintenance best practices. Demonstrated experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and budget management. In-depth understanding of Egyptian health, safety, and building regulations. Excellent leadership, communication (written and verbal in Arabic and English), and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to facility issues.
Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the factory at Borg Al Arab to ensure a safe and efficient environment. Manage vendors, budgets, utilities, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
