This post is ideally suited to a practitioner with substantial recent leadership and management experience, who is looking to contribute to the academic environment through teaching, curriculum development, and applied knowledge exchange.

The successful candidate will:

  • Engage with industry and professional bodies to inform curriculum relevance, promote student opportunities, and support the University’s external partnerships.
  • Support the Department’s mission to deliver practice-informed education aligned with Aston’s 2030 Strategy.
  • Maintain and develop their own professional capabilities, and contribute to upskilling students and staff in emerging leadership practices.
