Ability to work on teams as well as independently with minimal direct supervision Required: Experience in consulting environment with lead-paint, hazardous building materials management, indoor air quality, mold evaluations, and ventilation system assessments. State of California Certified Site Surveillance Technician State of California Lead Sampling Technician preferred High School Diploma or GED AS or BS in physical sciences or industrial hygiene, safety, environmental sciences, or related science or engineering fields, not required General understanding of HVAC systems, building mechanical systems, building construction General understanding of building renovation and demolition CDPH Lead Inspector, Assessor, or Project Monitor NIOSH 582 certification or equivalent certification OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER OSHA 30-hour Construction Experience with Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, Outlook
