Description
Street Legal Industries is seeking two full-time Industrial Hygiene support personnel. These positions will be onsite in Richland, WA.   Industrial Hygiene Support is responsible for: * Evaluate industrial hygiene program documents, plans, procedures, and processes to ensure compliance with regulations and requirements. * Ensure that industrial hygiene program requirements are implemented for each of the prime contractors and facilities across the Hanford site. * Support HFO oversight of medical program interface with the prime contractors. Perform oversight of contractor IH exposure assessment data provided to medical providers for compliance with requirements and facilitate answers to questions that results from the data. * Perform oversight of Hanford prime contractor industrial hygiene program activities to ensure compliance with contractual requirements. * Conduct field walk downs to ensure prime contractors are meeting industrial hygiene requirements and procedures. * Classify and summarize data for preparation and submission of reports as required. * Interface routinely with management personnel and technical staff regarding industrial hygiene and related issues.   Minimum Qualifications Required * BS/BA degree in engineering, science, or business management, or alternatively: * an accredited high school certificate plus 10 years of specialized experience in Industrial Hygiene, in addition to the requisite experience *  an Associate's degree plus 8 years of specialized experience in Industrial Hygiene, in addition to the requisite experience * At least 5 years of professional experience in implementation, management, or oversight of Industrial Hygiene standards and requirements. * Excellent communications skills * Experience using MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and other MS Office tools * US Citizenship   Preferred Experience & Capabilities * At least 10 years of experience in professional Industrial Hygiene. * Certified Industrial Hygienist certification * Comprehensive and recent understanding of the Hanford Site mission, activities, and priorities. * Radiological Worker II * Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) * Respiratory and Mask Fit  
Responsibilities
Industrial Hygiene Support personnel will evaluate program documents and ensure compliance with regulations. They will also conduct field walk downs and interface with management regarding industrial hygiene issues.
