We are seeking a versatile and skilled Industrial Journeyman Plumber to join our dynamic team. As an Industrial Journeyman Plumber, you will be responsible for a wide range of interdisciplinary tasks where knowledge of piping systems, pumps, and HVAC systems will set you apart. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in various mechanical systems and at least 2 years of maintenance experience in the field. A positive attitude, willingness to learn and commitment to a safety culture will set the candidate apart.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

· Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
· Valid Journeyman Plumber ticket.
· Knowledge of pipe thread and fitting types and applications.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Commitment to safety culture.
· Possess a valid Class 5 operator’s license.
· Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
· A background check is required.
· Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

· Assist in the fabrication of custom equipment, which can range from outfitting a sea container with insulation, pumps, piping, and HVAC equipment, to prototype equipment fabrication, testing and troubleshooting.
· Assist in the installation, calibration, and repair of mechanical systems and components for automation and facility operations.
· Provide technical support and guidance to team members as needed.
· Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the reliability and longevity of machinery and equipment in rail and municipal infrastructure settings.
